Jeffrey was amazing to work with. His knowledge and understanding were invaluable. He was always there to answer any question or concern I had. Days before we were ready to take pictures, the cesspool went. I briefly panicked, but Jeffrey was reassuring and we stayed on track to get our house sold in 10 days. The couple who purchased the house are perfect. We are so excited to know that another family will be raised in the home we raised our family. Jeffrey goes above and beyond for his clients. He even removed the washer and dryer from the house for us. I cannot thank him enough for all he did for us. I highly recommend him and certainly call on him again.

There isn’t the words to describe how great Jeff was with the whole home buying process. Not only does he have a great team to make the home buying process seamless, but he had an infinite amount of contacts to assist with the small bumps in the road or if we voiced a project he was right there with cards and people he knew with great prices. Diligent, dedicated, committed, I don’t even know if I can find more words to describe how they fought for me they helped me rain sleet snow and COVID...they are now the FAMILY realtors. I had difficulty with CO’s and permits, one deal fell thru and I had to have to search for a new home ... just as covid was beginning it’s rampage. The weather was horrible ... eight houses in total I was shown. Tears and stress were my day-to-day life. Jeffrey is the best realtor of all times. I am a first time home buyer who really had no clue about the process of buying a home. I mean nothing. He took his time to show me properties, steered me away from homes that were not suitable for me. If he identified any issues with the house we were looking at he didn't hesitate to point that out. Jeff isn't just trying to sell you something and get paid. He truly is very honest and works with a lot of integrity. He answers every question at any time, never rushes, listens and works with an awesome team of people who jump right in to help. I started the home search process about 2 years ago, I had other realtors that didn't listen, were just interested in selling you anything. This is NOT what Jeff does. The first time I spoke to Jeff (I found him on Zillow), I knew right away he my realtor and I am so glad, glad is not even the word. After my exeptional experience of having Jeff as my realtor, if I'm buying property anywhere in the world Jeff has to be the one to find a way to sell it to me. He is excellent at his job, not to mention knowledgeable about properties/construction etc. It's hard to find honest people these days so I am grateful to Jeff for having a lot of integrity in his operations. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FIND A BETTER REALTOR OUT THERE!!!! BTW, he's not paying me to say this. I'm not fluffing feathers. He's the real deal.

Jeffrey is the best. Buying and selling a house at the same time was so stressful. He made the entire process so much easier. Weather it was a phone call to calm me down and let me know this is all normal and things are good, to running around until 9pm to pick up a paper to make it easier on us he was there. Always a phone call away. There were also certain things that were important to me and Jeff made sure all was done and followed through on. He kept his word on every single thing. He is a genuine person and we will forever be grateful for meeting him and Michelle. If I could give this review 20 stars I would because somehow 5 doesn’t seem like enough. Thank you Jeff for everything. We love our new home and are so happy. Camille and Mike
